Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying various parts of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
